CATS, in conjunction with Essex County Greenbelt and Eagle Scout, Patrick Morin, completed a boardwalk project at Woodland Acres.  Using locally harvested locust trees milled at Tapley Mill in Essex, scouts installed the boardwalk on a sunny day in September.
