CATS "Short Hike"- Ravenswood Boulder Field Trail Loop

Join us for a Wednesday morning "short hike" at  Ravenswood!

THIS HIKE HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6 DUE TO PREDICTED RAIN ON FEB. 28.

This hike will follow the Boulder Field Trail in Ravenswood up to a scenic vista overlooking the ocean, and  back along Ridge Road.  The hike is a mix of single track trail and carriage roads, and the terrain ranges from easy to intermediate due to the boulder field.  Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome (dogs must be on leash for safety). 

The route is just under 2 miles, and will take about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Meeting spot:

We will meet at main entrance parking  area to Ravenswood on Western Ave. / Rte. 127 in Gloucester.  See map of parking location HERE.

Please plan to arrive by 9:45 for check-in.  The hike will depart promptly at 10 am.
