Trail Work Day at Kieran Nature Preserve & Rockport South End trails

Join the Rockport Rights of Way Committee and CATS on a Trail Work Day at the John Kieran Nature Preserve and other nearby trails (the Headlands, Thomas Road, Steep Bank Landing, Emerson Point) within the South End of Rockport (8:30am- 11:am).

Bring work gloves, and if you have them, bring hand tools such as clippers, loppers, rakes, etc. (some loppers and other tools will be available on site for those who do not bring their own).  Also bring  bug spray, water, and snacks, etc. as needed.  (No power tools, please!)

Meeting Place:
The group will meet at the parking lot for Old Garden Beach in Rockport, off of Old Garden Rd. (between the intersections of Harraden Ave. and Caleb's Ln.). See parking location on a GaiaGPS map HERE. 

After our initial meet-up at this location, participants will be divided up and disperse from there to various sites for the trail work.
